Shipping / Return & Refund


*A nominal fee of flat shipping charges 199 INR applicable (Shipment will be processed throught Bluedart / DTDC / The Professional Couriers)

*Shipping will be processed on the same day of the order if ordered before 2 PM or else it will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders are packed and ready to ship on the same working day of placing an order. We recommend placing your order before 2 PM to have it processed on the same day.

* It takes 24 Hours to 48 Hours for delivery within Metropolitan cities. * It takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery to the rest of India.

*Same-day delivery is available in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad depending on the stock availability for which additional delivery charges will be applicable.


Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. For exceptional circumstances write to us at at the earliest. Our customer service team will guide you.


DRR will only be accepted within 7 days from Customer’s return date as per CRM, after that no DRR would be entrained

If incorrect Indian number mentioned in CRM for Welcome Call resulting the non-completion of welcome call shall not be eligible for refund or if activation comes after the customer has travelled.


Its mandatory for the customer to report the issue and give the chance to customer care to resolve the issue, Customer or Sales should have the ticket number with them at the time of refund.

Ticket should be registered on customer support.

If the cause of the issue is mobile handset which is owned by the customer, company would not be refunding those cases

If customer does not co-operate with support Team to get the issue resolved, no refund would be given.

If, customer is not reachable on his Local Number/Email/Lycamobile Number and neither the sales have alternate source of establishing the communication with user, no refund would be processed.

Sales Team should take a Ticket Number while registering the complaint to support, and when processing the DRR shall mention the Ticket #.

If no activation/proper documents have been uploaded on CRM, incorrect travel date /return date on CRM is mentioned, no refund shall be given.

Sim card for which refund is claimed, need to be sent to Head Office.

If user failed to utilize the talk time, neither refund nor any adjustment would be done.

The credit balance in your Account may only be used for the Services. You are not entitled to receive any cash refund for any credit balance remaining in your Account at any time, including where you fail to use the Services and your SIM Card has been deactivated or where this Agreement has been terminated.

Interest is not payable on any credit balance in your Account. Each time you use the Services (or someone else uses your Device) the credit balance in your Account will be reduced for the voice call, message or data you are making or sending according to the destination and the current Charges.

The aforesaid, terms and condition are applicable with immediate effect.
