Important Note:
Once the order is placed, the user needs to share the mobile IMEI number & EID (if Android phone) vis email or WhatsApp to +91 8939446699 so that we can map the eSIM to the handset.

Please go to the Settings > Tap on General > Tap on About > You will find 32 Digit long numbers which is EID and IMEI2 at the bottom.

Documents Required:
Passport front and back page, Visa page & any Indian ID proof with photo and address (i.e Aadhaar, Driving license, voter ID, etc... can be emailed to support@lycamobileindia.com)
